前几天和一位朋友喝茶聊天，这位朋友现在处于一种难以形容的状态，

在这种状态里让他看清了许多东西，
他认为你身边的每个人终究会变成你人生的一位路人甲。

以他目前这个状况他非常认同天下无不散之宴席这句话。

一种历史和延续性的感受，情感上的支持，
精神上的教训，也有可能是恼怒。

人生几十年，对于有些事我们不必太过于执着，几年后想起现在所经历的一切也只不过是生命里的其中一场片段。谁是谁非，天知就好。坚持执着，放下就好。一切烦恼，能解就好。很多事情，看开就好。
人的一生，平安就好。

听过这位朋友的一番话，令我领悟到姜还是老的辣...
他这一路上所看到的风景，又何止这些？

当下的我觉得就算每个人都是路过的，我能做的就是尽量enjoy于他们在一起的时光，无论是开心的，愤怒的，悲哀的或是无谓的。因为我不知道这场宴席在什么时候会散，可能明天，几个月后，又或是几年后。活在当下是最实在的。

很多时候我们没有前辈在指明方向和铺好路子，只能靠自己摸石头过河。这样的生活肯定比较艰辛和卖力的啦，但是一旦成功后我们会比他们更有喜悦更有成就感，因为是通过自己的辛劳和智慧创造出来的，虽然路比较难走。但是我们只要想到生活中的一切都是自己通过劳动得来的，而且可以安心的享用。这一点比什么都强咯对不对？日子一天天过去，我们要面对的选择也会很多，还要面对未来一些变化，这些都要提前做好准备。

经一事长一智，不断实践，发现问题，解决问题，不失为成长之道! wootz!

人，不能没有朋友，在人生的每个阶段，我们都需要朋友，朋友是出了家人以外与我们关系最密切的人！

朋友有亲有疏，有好有坏，有的朋友只是泛泛之交，点头之交。有的朋友可以秉烛夜谈。一个人一生能够得一知己，可谓足堪告慰平生而无憾矣！因为相交满天下，知音有几人！哈哈...有些朋友能与你在车内大声喧哗，有的则认为你很不正常。=.= 在这个世界上，有的人可以为朋友兩胁插刀，毁家纾难。有些''粉肠''则见利忘义，卖友求荣。-.-

有的朋友可以同甘共苦，共患难，有的只能共患难，不能同享荣华，有的则能共享荣华，不能共度患难！

我老豆跟我说过，交朋友，所谓近朱者赤，近墨者黑。要亲近益友，不要亲近恶友，要交知耻的朋友，有义的朋友，有信用的朋友和有道德家教的朋友。我听到都显 =.= 但他的良言也蛮有道理一下 xD

此外，这几个月来我领悟到慎言的重要性！O.O

慎言的人比较不容易受到伤害。语言，有唠叨，危言，狡辩，贫嘴，妄言，恶口，胡说，冷语，争议，还有...废话 =.=

语言容易犯的毛病何其多，所以我们不得不慎言！=X

现代人喜欢信口雌黄，好伦是非，说三道四，缪发议论，有时候危言耸听，标新立异，故弄玄虚，轻口薄言，冷语冰人。说话如剑，到处制造口业，所以让人感到世界上只有哑巴是最慎言的人，也是最不造作口业的人！xD

别人说你好，你会很喜欢吗？你有没有想过，他赞你赞的对不对？别人毁谤你，你就在那边生气，你又有没有想一想，他的批评毁谤，合不合理叻？form 4的话语课本有教过 ''信言不美，美言不信！''

听到别人讲，或是自己想到了什么事，你有没有好好地思考一下再去实行？虽然人的思想反应要敏锐，迅速，但是过分的不经思考，也会有不适当的时候。

有的人一味地固执自己的想法，不肯去听别人的善言，即使听别人说话，也不经思考，所以结果就很难完美了咯..=.=

总而言之，我真的很希望有人能发明两种filter...一种放进嘴巴里，另外一种放进脑袋里面！ ==

i spent a good part of yesterday morning and night wrestling with questions dat i only woke up to struggle with again... why am i doing this harr? why try so hard leh? why bother with relationships? wats the point man?

"arent things easier and better being independent and self-sufficient?" i asked myself for what is probably the millionth time in my life..haih..

anyone who knows me well enough knows this tough-chick front i always try to hard to put up.. i don't depend on ppl cause i dont like to be vulnerable.. in any sort of relationships watsoever...

even the closest ppl to me know that i only let them into my life to a certain extent.. =( and even when i share things closest to my heart... its after I've already wrestled and dealt with it on my own...

"i could easily go on living like that.." i told myself.. but instead i'm choosing to let ppl in... and i ask myself why...why har? i question why im going against everything i used to stand for..

why put myself in such a vulnerable position? why allow others to see my weaknesses? why care so much about other ppl? wat's the point?

arghh! but honestly.. i never regret of knowing these ppl in my life... SERIOUSLY! =) looking back at wat i've been trough.. i'd be a complete mess if i dint meet u all... haha u guys make me laugh a little louder..smile a little brighter..and just live a little better.. its important to have sumbody dat can make u laugh tho! sumbody u can trust.. sumbody dat... err u know.. turns u on! =D im sorry that i may disappoint u guys sumtimes..=(

but im still me kay?

some days.. at the end of the day.. after dinner with a friend u met recently.. u end up talking for hours and pouring out the entire story of ur life...lols u swap anecdotes.. trade secrets.. laugh about silly regrets and get all melancholic together about less silly ones.. and ones u wished never had to happen..

u talk about things close to ur heart.. things u wished for once upon a time.. and things u still wish for..

u talk about things u like.. about creating and writing and photography and art and ppl who inspire u..=D

u let ur guard down.. and for awhile.. u're not another one in a million scraping through a dark and depressing winter day.. u are not alone! whoo!

and some days.. u realize~ here is where u are meant to be... this's the point lah! haha

walking with a friend in the dark is better than walking alone in the light.

i think everything we go through is a learning experience... i know sumtimes we seem to think everything is a curse and the universe is conspiring against us..

but if we refuse to change the way we think.. then we cannot change our lives. haih..

we''ll never find real.. lasting satisfaction in a relationship if we think its all we need to find happiness...

we can never be a hundred percent sure that the relationship will last when we're seeing a relationship as a destination... because nothing in this life is solid.

even after u've known a person forever.. people still change!

if u dont feel the same way.. please tell that person.. instead of leading that person on and playing with her feelings. seriously..

move on doesnt mean i'll forget all the memories.. i'll still remember it.. but it doesnt affect me anymore..

u can only be strong for urself... u cant expect people to be that arm for u to hold on to because that arm is going to get tired after awhile tho...
when that person lets go of u.. u fall..u fall.. HARD. it hurts even more tho..
the cuts are deeper.. the scars hold on to u.
but dont stay on the ground too long or wait for sumone to pick u up again wei...
u wipe those tears and u pick urself up!!

a couple nights ago..Lisha came to Puchong and had "sihaam" session with me at One Puchong Cafe. hehh..
she was fed up of studying i guess? so she gave up at the end and decided to have gossip session with me =) which means " sihaam session! " haha! by the end of the night (and much laughter and good conversation later) i felt stronger and less worn out than i did before going for the sihaam session.. =] thanks woman!
i felt strong when i spend an hour trying to convince a friend going through a tough time that I cared..
i thought i had no strength to convince the person and was on the verge of giving up and thinking to myself.. "aiyah.. if people want to be so pessimistic, wtv la... they want to think like that.. their problem lo =(" Even though i dint really think i could convince the person... i stucrk through and even though one conversation is not going to change sumbody else's life.. i felt strong because i know it's a start tho! =]

today morning..i snoozed my alarm like three or four times and i dint feel like getting out of bed.. omg -.-
just one of those days when u wonder why u have to wake up..
But i told myself that i believe every new day holds something good! even if it doesnt feel like it.. =.=
i got out of bed showered and went to play volleyball! >:D aww i miss my lovely juniors! =) came home and slept a little.. my friend came pick me up around 1pm.. went shopping at Summit USJ and Sunway Pyramid.. oh and i got myself a Polo Tee at Polo Haus =) enjoyed my day...hahaha

we're not always able to quit whenever we want and there are times we are forced to keep at watever we're doing.. not always do we have opportunity knocking at our doors...oh well.. it is good to quit sometimes tho..

many ppl dont understand the way i view love..
some see me as way too jaded for a nineteen year old.. -.-
others see me as hopelessly optimistic.. Its up to u to judge for urself..
but i will tell u wat i believe in when it comes to love....

i believe timing is everything.
i believe in compromise.
i believe it will be the start of another chapter in life that is as challenging as its exciting.
i believe in different kinds of love tho.. at different stages of life.. hopefully.. we get to experience them with the same person.. but that is not necessarily the case.
i believe love sees what other people dont or cant.
i believe in 'for better or for worse'.
i believe in figuring out the pieces of life together. hehh!
i used to want to be fought for.. be cherished.. be desired.. xD i demanded an impossible standard that no guy would ever live up to - and yet i settled for less. lols

Love.. to me.. is not fluff and red roses and sparkly eyes tho. i dont need the wooing and wining and candlelight dining..
i dont care about a guy's money or nice cars or how many people he knows.
the one thing that will make me stay.. no matter who he is and what he's done.. is that he knows and believes that love is gritty and real and raw and unpolished and he's willing to make it work through all of that...
guys still in love with the idea of their "dream girl" can keep on looking.. i'm not her.. because she doesn't exist. ;)

i asked myself why we humans.. myself included lah..

like to search for answers in such trivial and temporary things. lols

like perfection and stability.. we think that being closer to perfection will make us happier ;)

whether it’s having the ideal body.. career.. partner.. family.. lifestyle.. and so on.

we use words like “purpose”.. “satisfaction”.. and “calling”.. and associate those words with words like “career”..“success”.. and “stability”.

i believe that despite our differences... every human's searching for the same things..

sumone to love.. sumthing to live for.. sumthing to hope for..

it could be for some that they're all the same thing..

for others..each might be something different.

the thing i learnt about loving another person is... hmm

it starts with loving myself...heh! it starts with accepting my imperfections and seeing beyond them..

it starts with coming to terms with my humanity and the fact that i will never be perfect tho..

only then can i love and accept another person.. :D

we should do everything we can to protect those things tho!

i had friendly match at Kepong on friday nite..

there were 3 national juniors in the KL team..

obviously we lost.. by 10++ points..

we were afraid that we would lost by many points after knowing their national players are back..

thinking that it would be a tough match..

but it turned out quite ok tho..the score was 84- 103 if im not mistaken

we had few state players in our team.. wootz!

im sorry for that silly 3points of mine my dear team mates. hehh

had bak kut teh at somewhere nearby Kepong Jusco after the match..

along with Li Sha, Bonnie, Hui Zen, Yuen Yin, Wen Chyi, Chin Peng, Xian Jian and.. Pei Wen.

had fun overall. the bak kut teh tasted fine for me ;)

i was very emo last night after my basketball training..

i played badly. fml

the raya break is finally here!! :D :D wat a relieve man!
last last friday :
had friendly match with KL team at Kepong.
the whole match was...... super funny -.- dont ask why.
was super jam that day.. we start moving from Subang at 5.30 and managed to reach Kepong at 8 =.=
had great time talking with Li Sha in the car. bout some personal stuff lar..
haih.. those were the days. life goes on =]
we then proceed to AC after the match.. Steffi was kinda hyper that night..
someone please send this lady to Gua Musang before i slap her -.-

last saturday :
sent Shea Wen to Sunway in the evening..
i was super hungry after that.
went dinner with Bonnie, Yuen Yin and Ah Foo's sister.

i realized that teenagers nowadays like to buy unproductive stuff and which is not worth the price..
well most of them enjoy the process of buying those stuff..
or maybe it all about selective distortion la..
nah give u an example..
u're buying a car.. a sales person may tell u that this car doesent has good gas mileage
but becoz u super like the red colour leather seats and other attractive features such as
the sport rim bla bla.. then u're likely to distort the negative point of view in order to conclude that the car is a good buy.. zzZ
okok i give u another example..
there's phone A and phone B
phone A is cheaper than phone B and it has 10.1 mega pixels camera with it..
while phone B only has 5 mega pixels camera and it comes in pink shiny colour..
bcoz u like pink colour so much.. u're likely to pay more for a phone that doesnt has
as good function as the other cheaper phone.
aish.. its rather normal nowadays la..

was rather busy lately..
omg and i had cheesy wedges after gym and some fried " shihum " during yum cha session with Brian and the rest...omg

camp succeeded! my juniors cried..awww~

after the camp..rushed back home and headed Meenas had our very last meeting.
everyone was pretty exhausted yet excited! the ah neh specially reserve their 2nd floor for us to run our meeting.. awww x)

i was in UM..Van text ed me and asked me to join her unpardonable truancy!

it was inconceivable dat i agreed to join them.. omg =.=
on an unrelated note.. i was starving in UM!! D: grabbed Mc chicken burger on the way going home =] hahah! random =.=

oooh where am i? oh ya!

so Van called me up early in the morning saying dat they having breakfast in taipan..a restaurant opposite Paparich.. which i cant missed it..bla bla

unfortunately i was late.. blame to the jam

bought Mcd breakfast.. lol Mcd again =.= i could feel the fats growing in my body.. D:

it has been gazillion times i've tried not to choose Mcd and find some wholesome food to feed my tummy instead.. i REALLY TRIED!!

went to Kuen Cheng high school in the evening..
they were having Volleyball training thoo...
and there was a girl..who're shorter than me..but the way she spikes and service..
was so powerful!! and there will be always slightly before the outline..
imagine that.. its kinda like fireball! xD few guys got hit on their face..lols
ahhhh and their coach! who came from China... i call her coach calcium..

Im a team player... i play with my friends and with some of my enemies.. but i respect everyone when it comes to my sport... i know im not going to get a multi-million dollar contract to play professionally... i know i may not even get my name in the paper... i play for love of the game... for the pride and honor, for the blood, sweat and tears it takes to make the team, to earn the spot, to win the game. I play because i can, i play because i know that my life would be empty without the sport i play... i would have a lack of everything my sport gives me... integrity, courage, talent, fearlessness, pride, strength, stamina, will, and the heart of a champion... if i dint play.. i would lose a part of me... im an athlete... im a girl.. im a champion, not because my team always wins.. but because when we dont.. we learn from our mistakes. i really hope this year will be life-changing in a good way for everybody... =D

hoping that things will start falling into place..

2009 is memorable thoo..
i was rather busy and active in my school's activities...
got stressful with the mountain-like home works..
school had merentas desa during January..
our ambiance..cheering..sweating..are all unforgettable!

joined mssd Ping Pong during February..
as a beginer..definitely lose lar! xD

then i started to busy thoo..
got selected by coach to take part in mssd olahraga..
dint enter the class often had to settle the Rumah Tiong stuff..
had to handle the selections after school.. aww with my best partner Fang Han..xD
my days were so jam-packed with activities..but i enjoyed till the max =D
track trainings was totally spoiled by our NICE weather...
during mssd olahraga..my event was at 2.30pm..but i was choice-less to go early which was 8 in the morning and rot there.. ==
i took part in high jump, triple jump and long jump.. aish..my very first time to present my school in these event thoo..hahaha
guess wat? i got 3rd in triple jump..lmao..
Shea Wen, Diane, Hwei Xian, Larissa were there too..
wasnt close with Shea Wen dat time.. so i was all alone ==

fortunately there were some form 1 juniors who are good runner belong to Rumah Tiong..xD
we were 5th among 5 houses during 2008.. but we got CHAMPION this year thoo!
